Owned discovery, PRDs, QA, and releases across 6+ platform surfaces including a patient app, hospital QMS, pharmacy system, and ops dashboards. Worked directly with engineering, visited hospitals on-site, and shipped when there was no designer, no QA team, and no playbook.
