Overview
ZappQ Internal Admin is the internal operational control system used by the ZappQ team to manage and configure the healthcare platform. It enables internal teams to control hospital onboarding, manage doctors, monitor bookings, oversee live queue operations, and configure platform behavior. Unlike hospital-facing dashboards, this system serves as the internal control layer, allowing centralized management of platform infrastructure and operational workflows. I led the structuring and definition of this internal admin system to enable scalable operational control and allow internal teams to manage platform operations more efficiently.
Problem
The platform lacked a structured internal operational control system, creating major operational and scalability challenges:
- Fragmented operational control across systems
