The ZappQ Pharmacy Vendor Dashboard is a web-based operational dashboard used by pharmacy partners to manage medicine orders placed through the platform. Pharmacy staff use the dashboard to view prescription orders, verify uploaded prescriptions, add medicines, generate bills, and update fulfillment status. The dashboard provided a clear and reliable interface for pharmacy partners to handle orders and manage day-to-day operational workflows. I owned the product definition and execution of this dashboard, ensuring workflows were clear, usable, and operationally reliable.

Pharmacy partners needed a clear system to manage and fulfill medicine orders efficiently. Key challenges included:

• Lack of a dedicated dashboard for pharmacy order handling
• Manual and inconsistent prescription validation and billing
